By booking an appointment or submitting an enquiry with Art Lab Tattoo Studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and Appointments
All tattoo appointments must be booked in advance.
To secure an appointment date, a non-refundable deposit of €50 or €100 is required within 5 days of confirming the date. Failure to pay the deposit within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the appointment is cancelled due to the artist’s fault.
Failure to attend the agreed appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
Art Lab Tattoo Studio reserves the right to reschedule an appointment if the client’s physical or skin condition does not allow for safe tattooing.
In cases of genuine illness or emergency, the studio may allow a date change without loss of the deposit, at its discretion.
Any changes or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Age Requirements
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo.
Valid photo identification may be required.
Art Lab Tattoo Studio does not tattoo minors under any circumstances.
3. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service if a tattoo is deemed unsafe due to health-related concerns.
Art Lab Tattoo Studio follows strict hygiene and sanitation procedures to ensure client safety.
4. Design and Custom Work
Tattoo designs are created based on the client’s idea, references, and description.
Custom designs may require a consultation prior to the appointment.
All tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of the artist until full payment has been received.
Clients may request reasonable design changes during the consultation phase.
5. Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session.
Accepted payment methods are cash, PayPal.
6. Aftercare
Aftercare instructions will be provided following the tattoo session.
It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing.
Art Lab Tattoo Studio is not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare advice.
7. Touch-Ups
A complimentary touch-up may be offered within a specific timeframe after the initial session.
Touch-ups are subject to artist availability and discretion.
8. Liability
Tattooing involves inherent risks.
Art Lab Tattoo Studio is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or complications when proper aftercare instructions are followed.
Clients accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the tattooing process.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
At the studio’s discretion, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if sufficient notice is provided.
10. Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients at all times.
Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service and removal from the studio.
11. Photography and Social Media
Clients may be asked for consent to photograph completed tattoos.
With consent, Art Lab Tattoo Studio may use tattoo images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
Clients may request removal of images at any time.
12. General Studio Rules
Services are provided only to clients aged 18 or over.
Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during their appointment.
Clients should attend appointments alone. Children and animals are not permitted in the tattoo area.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside the studio.
Clients must not touch equipment or items on the artist’s workstation.
Food may only be consumed in designated waiting areas.
Art Lab Tattoo Studio is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.
13. Changes to These Terms
Art Lab Tattoo Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the studio’s services implies acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
